Tanner’s philosophy for creating a well-rounded athlete is having a program that maximizes one’s individual potential.  He trains the body to be able to respond in any given situation at the highest level of performance without injury.  Motivation, discipline and confidence in movements are a large part of an athlete’s future and success.  Tanner believes a strong mind is the key to creating and maintaining a strong body.  Through training, his goal is to help master speed, agility, balance, flexibility, technique, coordination, strength, endurance, and above all have FUN doing it.
