The SBA offers many options for coaches and team training.
Facility Rentals
If the weather outside is prohibiting your team’s ability to practice, SBA offers half facility and full facility team rentals at reasonable prices. See our Team Rentals page for more details.
Schedule your off-season team training program at SBA. Team packages include setting up practice time and speed and agility training on the same night.
Please call 425-861-7221 to get a quote. Teams receive quantity discounts on the entire package. If a team signs up for two or more of the below add ons, each player on the team receives a 10 % discount on all lessons and/or camps/clinics they sign up for throughout that year. OFF-SEASON TEAM TRAINING TIMES FILL UP BY THE END OF SUMMER SO PLAN AHEAD NEXT YEAR AND SIGN UP EARLY TO GET THE BEST DAYS AND TIMES.
Speed & Agility Training for Teams
- Up to 18 players
- Cost: $150 per hour
- Each player will be given a fitness evaluation prior to starting their program. This will identify each players strengths and weaknesses and provide our professional fitness trainer a base-line. Each player will then be given the same test towards the end of their training program so the player can see the improvements made.

Video Analysis for Teams
- Coaches receive a professional written analysis on each player’s swing or pitching delivery and sample drills to address problem areas.
- SBA’s staff will review the video in our video analysis room with the coaching staff and player. The coach then has a “punch list” with drills to help each pitcher or hitter.
- Coaches receive a team DVD with voice over analysis per player.
- All swings are saved on SBA’s hard drive under the coaches and teams name for future comparisons.
- Cost: $600 (Up to 12 players. Additional players $45 each.) SBA will set up and video during one of your practice sessions. This allows you to run a practice while we videotape.

SBA Instructors to Help Run Practice
- SBA can supply an additional coach to help facilitate your practice for only $75 per hour.
- Pitching, Hitting, Infield or Catching coaches are available to set up and run practices for you.
- They will work with your coaching staff to help set up stations, drills, and practice plans as well as work directly with your ballplayers.
Team Uniforms
Through our uniform vendor, Rush Team Apparel, SBA can setup a time for your entire team to try on uniforms and place your order. This is a perfect time to hold a team meeting at SBA’s party room.
